Cuzco House

Integral refurbishment of a house in the centre of Madrid.
It was a building constructed in the 1960s in the centre of Madrid. The property had been practically maintained in its original state. The distribution, finishes and installations were completely outdated. The owners wanted to completely renovate the house, adapting it to the needs of modern life.
The main objective was to separate the more public and open daytime area from the more intimate and private night-time area.
The choice of materials is simple, neutral tones and oak wood that bring light and spaciousness to the different areas of the house.
