Casa Clara

The house Clara is located in a very exclusive residential area close to Madrid.
The initial approach of the project is based on taking advantage of and enhancing the panoramic views of its location, generating an environment of contemplation and relaxation that allows one to enjoy the experience that the place offers.
The façades of the house have been designed to bring the landscape into the interior of the house by creating openings of different sizes to frame the landscape.
The dwelling is configured around two volumes, one dedicated to the more private uses of the dwelling and the other to the more public uses.
The spaces in the private area are designed to be more intimate and cosy while the spaces in the public area are bright and open-plan.
